NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE #2023-02
AMEND CH.6 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES TO ADDRESS PARK DEDICATION AND FEE REQUIREMENTS
Pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 60.80, the Town of Springfield, Dane County, Wisconsin, hereby posts notice that at its regular Town Board Meeting held on June 6, 2023, the Town Board enacted Ordinance #2023-02: Amend Ch.6-Land Development Ordinance of the Code of Ordinances to address park dedication and fee requirements.
SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE: The amendment is to adjust parkland dedication and park fee requirements for new residential development.
