At this time, Town of Springfield cannot accept application forms submitted via email.  You may download forms here for printing or for review.  Completed forms can be mailed or delivered in person to the Town Hall.  Application fees and/or notarization apply to selected forms noted here. Voter registration forms can be found and downloaded here.
